Last year, over 80% of our neighborhood joined the Castlewood Civic Association, which is the highest participation rate of any neighborhood in Buckhead. Membership fees are used to pay for daily private security patrols; maintain neighborhood green spaces; and host social events like the Winter Cocktail Party, Halloween Party and Egg Hunt. We also send out security alerts, maintain a neighborhood directory through our website, publish a list of baby/pet sitters, organize playgroups, hold seats on the Neighborhood Planning Unit and Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods, and field questions and requests from members.
